Refund policy

Doxie League products are printed on demand — each one made specifically for the customer who ordered it. Because of this, we can't accept traditional returns for size changes, color changes, or changes of mind. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of what we make, and we'll make things right if there's a real problem.

What qualifies for a free replacement or refund

You're covered for any of the following issues, if reported within 30 days of delivery:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a printing defect (faded, misaligned, incorrect image, incorrect colors)
  • The product received doesn't match what you ordered (wrong size shipped, wrong design shipped)
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (stitching problems, fabric defects)

In these cases, we'll either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to return the defective product.

How to request a replacement or refund

Email contact@doxieleague.com within 30 days of delivery, and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo showing the issue
  3. A brief description of what's wrong

We'll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

What we don't cover

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please use our size guide before ordering)
  • Not liking the color of the garment or design
  • Changing your mind after ordering
  • Normal variations in garment-dyed fabric (small differences in dye lot are a feature of Comfort Colors 1717, not a defect)
  • Damage from wear, washing, or improper care after receipt

Care instructions to keep your tee looking great

  • Wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry on low, or hang dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly on the design

Sizing help

Not sure what size to order? Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for Comfort Colors 1717, which has a relaxed fit. If you have questions before you order, email us — we'd rather help you pick the right size than process a defect claim later.
