To purchase from Doxie League, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products

All Doxie League products are printed on demand. This means each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow time for production before shipping (see our Shipping Policy for details).

Product descriptions and images

We do our best to represent our products accurately, including colors, sizing, and design. However, please note:

  • Monitors and devices display colors slightly differently; actual garment colors may vary
  • Comfort Colors 1717 garments are garment-dyed, which produces natural variation in color between dye lots — this is a feature of the product, not a defect
  • Mockup images are digital representations; slight variations in print placement or scale may occur on the physical product

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment processor.

Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Shipping restrictions

If we can't fulfill your order, we'll notify you and refund any payment.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, product designs, photography, text, and the Doxie League brand itself — is owned by Doxie League LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

When you purchase a Doxie League product, you own the physical item and may use it for personal purposes. You do not receive any rights to the underlying design or artwork.

User conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
  • Use the Site to transmit viruses, spam, or other harmful content
  • Scrape, data mine, or automate interactions with the Site without permission

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
